Family and Divorce Mediation

Our Mission

We believe that separation and divorce do not have to be defined by conflict. Our mission is to help individuals resolve conflict with dignity and confidence, while avoiding the stress, cost, and uncertainty of litigation. We guide participants toward practical solutions that preserve relationships, restore balance, and empower them to move forward.

Meet Monica Cooper, M.A.

Monica Cooper brings over two decades of experience in human relations and conflict resolution to her mediation practice. With a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and the dynamics of dispute resolution, she guides individuals through complex and emotionally charged situations with clarity, empathy, and respect.

Grounded in psychology and human relations, Monica takes a thoughtful, compassionate approach to mediation. Rather than focusing on legal positioning, she emphasizes collaboration and clear communication, creating a respectful space where every voice is heard and supported.

Monica founded her practice to provide a professional, compassionate, and cost-effective alternative to litigation. Her goal is to help individuals find common ground, preserve relationships, and move forward with dignity, clarity, and confidence.

Fully Remote Mediation

Mediation sessions are conducted remotely through secure video conferencing, making participation easier and more accessible for everyone involved. Meeting from a familiar environment often helps reduce stress and encourages open, thoughtful communication. Remote mediation offers the same effectiveness as in-person sessions, with added convenience and flexibility, including evening and weekend availability.

Conflict is inevitable; resolution is a choice.
